Harmony’s career in aesthetics was shaped by extensive experience in plastic surgery and cosmetic dermatology, giving her a comprehensive understanding of facial anatomy, aesthetics, patient assessment, and individualized treatment planning.
Throughout her career, Harmony has served as a National Trainer for Allergan Aesthetics and previously as a National Trainer for Galderma, educating aesthetic professionals on injectable treatments, product knowledge, advanced techniques, and the artistry behind achieving beautiful, natural-looking results.

With more than 11 years of experience in medical aesthetics, Ashley McShurley is an accomplished aesthetic injector, educator, and founder of Glam and Glo Medical Aesthetics Lounge, LLC, her proprietary Luxury Lift, and Signature GloLuxe Skincare, and co-founder of Elevate Aesthetic Academy.
Ashley’s career in aesthetics was shaped by extensive national and international training—including advanced masterclasses in Monaco, Dubai, and Switzerland—giving her a comprehensive understanding of facial anatomy, high-level consultation strategies, and individualized treatment planning.
Throughout her career, Ashley has been dedicated to advancing clinical excellence, educating aspiring and practicing aesthetic professionals on safe injectable techniques, structural precision, and the artistry behind achieving balanced, natural-looking results.
