The Learning Experience:
Elevate Aesthetic Academy is looking for models to participate in our hands-on aesthetic training courses. As a model, you’ll receive aesthetic treatments at a reduced rate while helping licensed medical professionals advance their injection skills under the guidance and supervision of experienced aesthetic instructors.
What to Expect:
As an Elevate model, you’ll play an important role in the hands-on learning experience of our students. Treatments are performed by student injectors in a structured educational setting, with experienced instructors present to provide guidance and support throughout the injection process.
Models must be comfortable with photography and video being captured for educational and promotional purposes. Treatment selection is based on the needs of each training course, individual candidacy, and available opportunities; therefore, submitting a model application does not guarantee selection.

Elevate Foundations Course Model:
Botox: upper face (between the brows, forehead, crows feet, and platysmal neck bands) - $500
Lip Filler - $400
Cheeks & Nasolabial Fold Lines - $800
Elevate Tox Course Model:
Upper & Lower Face - $800
Aesthetic Model
Requirements:
Your Safety is our top priority. To ensure the best experience for our models and students it is important that models meet the following criteria to be considered for treatments:
No dermal fillers in the treatment areas in the last 12 months
No tox in the last 4 months
No active fever blisters, rashes, or broken skin in the treatment areas
Can not be pregnant or nursing at the time of treatment
No dental work within the last month prior to or after treatment date
Not be on prescribed blood thinners or anti-platelet therapies such as Plavix, Eliquis, Xarelto, etc.
Be in good health with no active autoimmune disorders or active respiratory or sinus infections
